Dr. Tabor has been practicing in the Slidell area since 1998. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley (UC Berkeley) after majoring in physiology and anatomy. He continued on to medical school at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he graduated with honors.
He interned in General Surgery at the University of California at Los Angeles. His training includes neurosurgery and three years of dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic surgery, both in Los Angeles and New Orleans, Louisiana.

DAVID A. PATE, MD

David A. Pate, MD, is a board-certified Mohs Surgeon at Northshore Dermatology. The practice has four locations, with offices in Slidell, Madisonville, Hammond, Louisiana, and Picayune, Mississippi, so that you can choose the office nearest you. Dr. Pate sees patients at Slidell, Hammond and Picayune offices.
Dr. Pate received his MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UT Health San Antonio). Afterward, he completed his dermatology residency at Texas Tech University (TTU) in Lubbock, Texas. He then completed a Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship at the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle, Washington.
Board certified dermatologist in Hammond Louisiana and dermatologist in Madisonville Louisiana, Dr. Pate specializes in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He is an expert in the diagnosis and management of various skin cancers. He has been fellowship-trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, also known as Mohs Surgery, one of the most effective state-of-the-art procedures for treating skin cancer.
Mohs is a skin-sparing treatment, meaning that tissue is taken in levels, processed, and inspected microscopically to see cancer at the cellular level. After inspection, the surgeon will remove more skin from the area if cancer cells are still present. As a result, your healthy tissue is spared, leaving you with the smallest possible scar.

ASHLYN SCHNEIDER, NP

Ashlyn Schneider, NP, is an experienced nurse practitioner at Northshore Dermatology, working alongside our dermatologist in Hammond Louisiana as well as Slidell, Louisiana. She is happy to welcome new and returning patients.
Ashlyn was born and raised on the Northshore. She completed her prerequisites at Louisiana State University, and graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans, with her bachelor’s in nursing in 2017. She worked as a transplant stepdown nurse at Ochsner Main Campus for 6 years.
After living in New Orleans for 10 years, she returned home to accept a position with Northshore Dermatology. Ashlyn loves being closer to friends and family (and of course, her Goldendoodle). Her other interests include traveling and being outside!
Ashlyn specializes in both cosmetic and general medical dermatology.
BRANDI BRITT, FNP-BC

Brandi Britt, FNP-BC, is a compassionate board-certified family nurse practitioner providing dermatologic medical care to patients at Northshore Dermatology in Picayune, Mississippi.
Brandi started her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2011 then advanced to graduating from Loyola of New Orleans with her master’s degree in nursing.
Brandi has been a lifelong resident of the Picayune area who enjoys providing exceptional care in helping patients maintain the body’s first line of defense through improved skin health and good skin care habits. Her goal is to help her patients become the best version of themselves through beautiful healthy skin.
DEVONNA MARTINEZ

DeVonna Martinez is a Medical Aesthetician at Northshore Dermatology. The practice has four locations, with offices in Slidell, Madisonville, Hammond, Louisiana, and Picayune, Mississippi, so that you can choose the office nearest you. DeVonna sees patients at the Slidell office.

Brooke Boudreaux is a dedicated and passionate Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician at Northshore Dermatology. The practice has four locations, with offices in Slidell, Madisonville, Hammond, Louisiana, and Picayune, Mississippi, so that you can choose the office nearest you.
Brooke sees patients in the Hammond, Slidell, and Madisonville, LA offices. She graduated from John Jay Beauty College in Kenner, Louisiana, and is a licensed esthetician specializing in medical aesthetics. She loves the clinical setting of the medical office! She also graduated from the National Aesthetic Laser Institute and is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology.
She is enthusiastic about educating patients and makes them feel like family. She will create a customized treatment plan to help you reach your skincare goals.
