Aaron Brasuell is an NCCPA certified physician assistant for Northshore Dermatology. He has been with Northshore Dermatology since September of 2008 and enjoys practicing medical dermatology. Aaron’s passions include diagnosing benign versus atypical moles and skin cancers through thorough skin exams, treating acne, rosacea, warts, rashes, eczema, psoriasis and many other skin conditions. He has been practicing dermatology exclusively since 2008, and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in dermatologic care.
Aaron lives in Abita Springs with his wife Jennifer, who is also a physician assistant. They have a beautiful daughter Mae who was born in March of 2019. His hobbies include playing golf, lifting weights, LSU sports and spending time with his family and dogs. Aaron graduated with honors from LSU with a bachelor’s degree in biological science. He then went to PA school in Shreveport at LSUHSC and graduated with honors with a physician assistant bachelor’s degree, then completed his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska.
Aaron recently completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship. The SDPA Diplomate Fellowship program is an all-encompassing, online program for PA’s working in the field of Dermatology. Aaron is the only PA in Mississippi and one of 4 PA’s in Louisiana to complete the program.
