About Aaron Brasuell

Aaron Brasuell, PA, is an NCCPA-certified physician assistant specializing in Medical and Surgical Dermatology at Northshore Dermatology. The practice has four locations, with offices in Slidell, Madisonville, Hammond, Louisiana, and Picayune, Mississippi, so that you can choose the office nearest you. Aaron sees patients at the Picayune office.

Aaron graduated with honors and a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge.

Next, he attended PA school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport (LSUHSC) in Shreveport. He graduated with honors and a PA bachelor’s degree. He then completed his master’s degree in PA studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL).

Aaron recently completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship™️. The SDPA Diplomate Fellowship program is an all-encompassing online program for PAs working in Dermatology. He is the only PA in Mississippi and one of four PAs in Louisiana to complete the program.

In September 2008, Aaron joined Northshore Dermatology. He enjoys practicing medical dermatology. His passions include diagnosing benign versus atypical moles and skin cancers through skin exams and treating acne, rosacea, warts, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, and many other skin conditions.

Aaron lives in Abita Springs with his wife, Jennifer, who is also a PA. They have a beautiful daughter Mae who was born in March 2019. Aaron’s hobbies include playing golf, lifting weights, LSU sports, and spending time with his family and dogs.
